ITALIAN BREAKFAST 

  INGREDIANTS

 Chop an onion in half slice straight across the onion and then cut straight down to dice same with the other half

one red chili just give that a quick slice

then a couple of fresh tomatoes dice them up any way you like into a similar size as the onions

last ingredient roughly chop just one clove of garlic



PREPERATION

okay that's everything prepped in a pan over a medium heat add about two tablespoons of olive oil onions and chili straight in

give those a mix together then add some sea salt and black pepper

mix that all together once your onions have gone nice and soft add your tomatoes and stir over a high heat

once the tomatoes have gone soft add your garlic straight in stir it all together once the garlic goes nice and crispy turn your heat off

and add your eggs

I'm using four but add as many as you like spoon in some fresh creamy ricotta cheese followed by a small amount of grated parmesan cheese

some salt

some pepper and tear in some fresh basil leaves in and around the

an eggs drizzle of olive oil before adding to an oven for three minutes at 220 degrees

okay a few minutes later our eggs are perfectly softly cooked ricotta has gone nice and creamy from being baked in the oven

a perfect breakfast is ready !
